Misc

Some good curries that I have tried:

1) Mushroom – Jalappeno pepper – Tomato –Onion in Coconut-peanut-small-onion-coriander paste
2) Palak paste + onion + ginger-garlic paste + garam masala + milk + peas/paneer/chana
3) Mushroom – cream/milk – green onion – jeera - pepper – tomato
4) Beet-root in coconut, yogurt, jeera, green chilly paste
5) Egg plant/Green big chilly in peanut paste
6) Chana – Season mustard, fry small onion, chilly + coriander + turmeric + salt in water, Add well-cooked chana
7) Egg plant fry



Palappam:
1) Rice powder (2 cups)+ water + salt – not very watery – keep aside for 15 mts
2) Keep aside yeast(1/4 tsp)+ warm water + sugar for 10 mts
3) Mix 1, 2, coconut milk
4) Add 2 spoon rice paste or cook some rice powder into cream and add
5) Keep for 6 hrs or so
