Chemmeen fry

Small onion - 10-15
chemmeen (smaller variety)- 1 lb
curry leaves
crushed chilli - 3
salt
Turmeric powder
1. Fry small onion, crushed chillies , curry leaves till the onion turns golden brown
2. Add chemmeen, salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder (if needed)
3. Fry chemmeen in medium flame.

Asparagus Thoran

Cut the asparagus sprouts into small pieces (like beans)
1. Season with mustard, chilli (2), curry leaves, split urad dal, long rice, jeera(1 tbsp).
2. Add 1/2 of a big onion (very small pieces) and fry it till golden.
3. Once the onion is fried, add the asparagus pieces and add 1/3 a cup of water.
4. Add salt, a green chilli and cover it so that it will be cooked well.
5. After 5-10 minutes, once asparagus is soft, add coconut.
6. Keep it on low flame for 3 more minutes.
