Coffee Pudding
(10 to 12 people)
1. Condensed milk – 2 cans
2. Milk – 1.5 cups
3. Eggs – 5
4. Coffee – 5 tablespoons (taster’s choice)
5. Vanilla – tablespoon
6. Light Cool whip – 1 can
Beat egg white till stiff. Add the yolks and beat well. Add
condensed milk, coffee, vanilla and milk. Double bake on a
tray of water at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve hot or cold
with whipped cream (cool whip) topping. Add chocolate
shavings on top.
