Rasmalai


Ricotta cheese - 30oz
Sugar - 9oz
0.25 t.sp - Baking Powder
Cardamom powder - a pinch

Mix well . Spread in a baking pan. Cover with aluminium foel and bake for an hour.

2 X 12 Oz Evaporated Milk + 9 Oz Sugar + Cardamom powder - for the sweet sauce.

Keep refrigerated. Cut the cheese into squares and pour the liquid over 3 hours before serving. Decorate with sliced almonds and pistatios.
