Bread Appam

4 slices of bread
2 tsp of milk
1 tsp sugar
2 tsp brown sugar
Cardamom a pinch
Coconut grated - 3 tsp

Mix all of the above ingrediants and make small balls. Deep fry until golden brown. Will make 10-12 appams. Good for a quick evening snack.
