Mutter Paneer

1 big onion - sliced
1 garlic pod

Saute onion in oil until light brown. Along with onion, add a couple of cashews, a few almonds and grind it into paste. In pan, pour a little oil and splitter a few jeeras.

1/4 onion - thinly sliced
1/2 green pepper - cut into big pieces

Add onion and wait until it turns golden and then add the green pepper pieces. Then add 3 tbsp of Tomato puree. To it add 1/2 cup of water and the onion-cashew-almond-paste.

Kassori Methi -
Add kasoori methi at this time. Finally add 1/2 cup of mutter and paneer cubes also to the curry . Keep the curry in medium flame for about 5 more minutes.
