Rava Idli



Another recipe from Annita.

Corn Fritters



















1/2 cup besan
1/2 cup self-rising flour
1/2 Onion cut into small pieces
1/2 cup fresh/frozen corns
a pinch of kayam
1/4 tsp ginger pieces
2 green chillies/ 1/2 tsp chilli powder
Coriander leaves/Curry leaves





Mix all the above into a thick batter. Deep fry spoonfuls of the batter in oil.

French Fries

Peel potatos and cut them into long thin slices. Half-cook the potato in water with added salt. Take potato slices out and dry them by wrapping with tissues.

In another deep pan, pour oil and get the oil deep-fry-ready. Add the potato slices one by one and fry them until they start turning light golden brown.
