Chicken 65

Ingredients for marinating chicken:

4 – Chicken breast pieces

2 tsp – corn flour

4 tsp – All purpose flour

1tsp – Chilli powder (red pepper powder)

¼ tsp – salt

1 tsp – coriander powder

1 tsp – Ginger + Garlic paste

1 tsp – Red chilli sauce

2 tsp – Tomato ketchup

Other Ingredients needed while cooking:

1 – Onion

Red food color

¼ cup soy sauce

6 – Green chillis (green peppers)

1tsp – Chilli powder

1 tsp – coriander powder

½ tsp – salt

1 tsp – Red chilli sauce

2 tsp – Tomato ketchup

Garnishing:

1 bunch -- spring onions

¼ cup cashew nuts

Handful Cilantro

Directions:

Cut chicken into small cubes and marinate chicken with all above ingredients with enough water. Marinate for one hour if possible (optional). Now, deep fry the chicken in hot oil. Remove them into a bowl. In a separate pan add 2 spoons oil. Now fry green chillis. To this add onions, ½ tsp ginger garlic paste. Fry them for 3 minutes. Now add 1tsp – Chilli powder, 1 tsp – coriander powder, 1/2 tsp – salt, 1 tsp – Red chilli sauce, 2 tsp – Tomato ketchup, pinch red color and soy sauce.

Now add chicken to this and mix well. Put this in a serving bowl and garnish with cilantro, cashew nuts and spring onions (green onions)
