Red Radish Pachadi

1) Grate 4 red radishes and keep aside.
2) Splitter 2 tspns of mustard in oil along with red chilly and curry leaves
3) Add the grated radishes and saute till brown.
4) Grind coconut, jeera and green chilly together and add it to the radishes. (Cashews/Almonds can be used instead of coconut.)
5) Once it starts to boil, add yogurt and switch off the stove.
5) Coriander leaves can be added for additional flavor.

Chicken Fry

1. Cut fresh chicken (2 lb) into small pieces. Wash it well and drain the pieces well. Add turmeric powder, salt and keep it aside.

2. Small Onion - 3, Ginger - 2 inches, Garlic - 3 cloves Curry Leaves, Big Onion -1. Fry all the above ingrediants in oil well. Once the onion starts turning brown , add 2 tomatos. When oil starts separating, add black pepper powder, garam masala, chilly powder, salt, (2-cloves + 2 cardamom + 1 star spice powdered together) and 1/4 lime's juice.

3. Add chicken pieces to the masala gravy.
